FinSync AI Studio ("we" "us" "our") builds AI applications and workflow automation tools including FinCount, an AI-powered stock audit and inventory verification solution. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit finsyncaistudio.com or fincount.finsyncaistudio.com, use FinCount, contact us, or request a demo through our social media advertisements (including Meta lead forms on Instagram and Facebook).

We do not knowingly collect personal data of children. We do not collect payment card or bank details through our forms.
3. Why we use your data
- To contact you and arrange the live FinCount demo you requested.
- To respond to your enquiries and feedback.
- To send you the FinCount report you requested.
- To send launch updates to people who joined our launch list.
- To understand how our website is used and to improve our products.
- To meet legal obligations.
We use your data only for these purposes. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent given when you submit a form or request a demo. You may withdraw consent at any time as described in section 8. Our processing follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 of India.
5. Who receives your data
- Meta Platforms: lead form data you submit is first handled by Meta under its own privacy policy.
- Service providers: cloud hosting providers, workflow automation and email services and AI model providers that process data on our instructions to run the website and generate FinCount reports.
- Authorities: where the law requires disclosure.
Some of these providers may store or process data outside India.
6. Photographs uploaded to FinCount
Photographs you upload are used only to produce your stock count and condition report. We do not retain uploaded photographs after the report has been generated and delivered. Copies of the report remain with you at the email address you provided. Please do not upload images that show people or personal documents.
7. How long we keep data
We keep demo enquiry and launch list data for 12 months from your last interaction unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires longer retention. Uploaded photographs are not retained as described in section 6.
8. Your rights
You may ask us to access your data, correct it, update it or delete it. You may also withdraw consent or raise a grievance. Write to connect@finsyncaistudio.com from the email address you gave us. We will respond within a reasonable period and in line with applicable law.
9. Data deletion request
To delete your data, email connect@finsyncaistudio.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and the mobile number or email you used in the form. We will confirm once the deletion is complete.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data. No online system is completely secure.
